Balance ResetOnly a few cents left?
If your remaining credit is smaller than the price of any item available in the App Store, you may not be able to spend it using ordinary purchases. Apple explicitly recommends contacting Support in this situation.
Two options
- Check available in-app items. Balance Reset may display suitable Tree Packs or a top-up option. Review the final cost before confirming anything.
- Contact Apple Support. Follow the official Apple help article and reach Support for your country.
What to ask Apple
“Hello! I would like to change my Apple Account country. I have a very small remaining balance that is not enough to buy anything. Could you help me resolve this so I can switch regions?”
Apple determines the outcome and timing. Never share your password or verification codes with third parties.
Last pennies still showing?
If there is less credit than the price of any single available item, Apple’s official guidance is to contact Apple Support. Our US guide for tiny balances covers the decision in more detail. Do not assume that an app can directly deduct an arbitrary amount.
